BARVY A LAKY TELURIA, s r.o. is a modern company that produces paints according to the latest technical and ecologic standards. The company is a member of the Association of Paint Manufacturers, since 2002 it has had ISO certificate implemented and part of its production bears the trademark Environmental friendly product. 

Tradition and Experience
In 1910 Bohumír Jeřábek, a chemical engineer, bought a mill on the river Svitava in the village Skrchov and he founded the company TELURIA – LETOVICE, The Company of Paints and Varnishes. The subject of business was mining of raw materials, their processing into natural and beautified paints. The range of products in the interwar period was created by: powder paints FIX FASADIN, façade paints STABILIT, opaque white POLAR BLANC, cement and natural paints, iron oxides, paints for glue, lime and oil.
In 1948 the company was nationalized and then it became a part of the state company BARVY A LAKY.
The production program dramatically changed in 1970´s with the paint REMAL. The floor adhesive UNIFLEX came shortly after it and at the turn of 1990´s façade paints came to the market.
In 1993 the company was privatized and returned to its original name Teluria. A new sales network was intensively built and the production program was enlarged under the new conditions.
The key change came in 2003 when BARVY A LAKY HOSTIVAŘ acquired the company. The line of products was ideally interconnected and the position of the company was significantly strengthened in the market. You can meet our products in many retail chains, partner dealers and distributors, and in the sales network KOUZLO BAREV A DROGERIE and BAREVNÝ RÁJ thanks to our mother organisation.
Regarding foreign trade we follow a good name of the company Teluria and a long-term cooperation with our partners in Lithuania, Moldavia and Bulgaria. Since 2007 we have ensured sales in Poland using our own daughter company BAL TELURIA POLSKA. 

Dynamics and Development
The turning point started with the plant for production of synthetic paints in 2008.The latest technology of its kind is built on simplicity and repeatability with the aim to satisfy various needs of customers. Energy efficiency is ensured by reverse use of waste heat, a unit for regenerative thermic oxidation is used to limit emissions of volatile solvents.
The products for industrial use based on the toning system HOSTEMIX derived from "in plant" version in the heart of operation belongs to most developing range of products.
In autumn 2009 we started preparing for dispatch from the dispatch store in Jevíčko with capacity of 3000 pallet places and the company joined the mother company with a changed name and logo.
